Join us for our 1st LIVE Workshop in Months!!! This Labor Positions Workshop will be extremely limited so RSVP now, only if you are 100% going to make it.
We will be role-playing birth and practicing positions that are effective for progressing labor. All parents should leave this workshop with confidence and a better understanding of what physically happens during birth.
PLEASE bring someone who is on your birth team, a flat sheet, and wear a mask. Looking forward to staying safe and creating more function in birth through positioning!
