The Perinatal Chiropractors of Life Adjusted present the second Movement 4 Mamas Workshop, this session will specifically focus on Labor Positions! We will be walking through the anatomy and biomechanical changes your body endures during labor and delivery, as well as, how to use gravity to optimize a functional, vaginal delivery.
