About the Event
Every new mom wants to get back into shape and dominate during postpartum. This FREE class will be focused on strengthening your abdominal and pelvic floor muscles through control and endurance. Fitness Instructor Tiffney Burns, from Tiffney & Company, will guide you through low-impact movement and tension-based exercises such as bracing, pelvic tilts, and bird dogs. We will start with a purposeful warmup followed by stretching the low back, pelvis, and thighs. Like all of our other FREE workshops, this class is focused on movement. Please dress comfortably!
This class is designed for moms who are 2 weeks postpartum from a vaginal birth and 6 weeks postpartum from a cesarean. If this is you, join us!!
