Lead by Strength Coach Colleen Flaherty, founder of Prokreate, for myth-busting empowerment and what you absolutely need to be doing at-home to prepare your body and mind for growing a human, reducing injuries, and prepping for the work of motherhood!
We will learn then move together for safe core and pelvic floor exercises, a full body workout demo, and answer all your Qs about exercising during this incredible time! Bring your yoga mat, and lets get moving 🙂
