Congratulations! You did it! ❤ Motherhood is a wild journey and you deserve all the love and support. I hope you can join us for a relaxing night of Postnatal Yoga to connect with your breath and body.
Yoga is a practice that unites one’s entire self, your mind, body and spirit, into the present moment. This practice supports new parents in developing relationships with their bodies, babies and community. We will focus primarily on gentle poses to help regain strength and relieve baby-holding muscle tension.
This class will be very gentle and appropriate for mamas who feel ready for mindful movement. Please bring a yoga mat if you have one, water and yourself. Babies who are not yet walking are welcome but not required! RSVP today!!
