Hey Mamas!
Congratulations! You did it, you’re here now with your baby soul that you waited so long for. Motherhood is a wild journey and you deserve all the love and support. I hope you can join us for a relaxing night of Postnatal Yoga to connect with your breath and body.
This practice will support you in deepening your connection to your body, baby and community. We will focus primarily on gentle poses to help regain strength and relieve muscle tension from all the hard work you do…yes, we’ll get into those tight spots with deep breaths, it will feel amazing.
This class will be very gentle and appropriate for mamas who feel ready for mindful movement. Please bring a yoga mat if you have one, water and yourself. Babies who are not yet walking are welcome but not required!
